Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance revenues, costs / margins and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency, ensuring high processes adherence to deliver high success rates for logins, sanctions and disbursals with minimum TAT
Managing a team of Field Executives and Team Leaders
Liaising with major banks / NBFCs to increase business with them
Opening up new business avenues new cities and segments
Hiring and team building
End to end follow-up until payouts and disbursements
Hiring and maintaining the team
Maintaining P&L for the location given

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced in HL/LAP background and DSA management
Should have a market connection in the area.
Mandatory Team handling experience
