Area Collection Manager-NPA @ Mahindra Finance

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage NPAs (Non-Performing Assets) for assigned areas, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing delinquencies.
  
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce bucket 90+ days and improve overall asset quality.
  
• Oversee repossession, stockyard management, and disposal mechanisms to ensure efficient asset recovery processes.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks related to NPA management.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to stay updated on industry best practices in NBFC collections.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Collections Management or a related field within the FinTech/NBFC industry.
  
• Proven track record of success in managing high-volume portfolios with expertise in Delinquency Management, Disposal Mechanism, NPA Management, Recovery Strategies.
