Job Title: Field Collection Executive
Company: Home Credit India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam
Salary: Up to 20,000 CTC per month
Job Summary:
Home Credit India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Field Collection Executives to manage and recover overdue payments from customers. The role involves field visits, customer interaction, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue payments.
Communicate clearly with customers to understand payment issues and negotiate repayment plans.
Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
Update collection status and customer feedback in the system regularly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during collections.
Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring recovery of dues.
Handle escalations and report difficult cases to the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
Prior experience in field collections, sales, or customer service is preferred (freshers can also apply).
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of mobile apps/data entry.
