We are looking for an experienced Senior Domestic Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring across the Indian job market. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing full recruitment cycles, stakeholder coordination, and delivering quality hires within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic positions across multiple domains and levels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social networks, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skill fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate technical rounds with hiring panels.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollout, onboarding coordination, and follow-ups.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal business teams.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Domestic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist .
Strong knowledge of Indian recruitment market and hiring trends.
Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing techniques, resume screening, and candidate assessment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS tools, and recruitment reporting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT / BFSI / Manufacturing (customize based on your need).
Vendor management experience.
Strong networking and talent mapping skills.
