Job Description
Location Chennai (Perungudi)
Shift Singapore Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data using SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Payroll administration and processing
- Support Learning & Development (L&D) operations and manage related metrics.
- Analyze and report on L&D metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors employee data management.
- Proven experience in payroll processing; international payroll experience is a plus.
- Experience in supporting L&D operations and managing related metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in L&D analytics and metrics.
- Willingness to work in the Singapore time zone
Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Excellent payroll processing skills.
- Strong understanding of L&D operations and metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
