Job Description
As a UX Designer at HighRadius, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design interfaces that simplify complex workflows for finance professionals. Your work will directly impact usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for B2B SaaS applications.
- Apply system design thinking to create scalable and consistent design solutions.
- Develop and maintain user personas to guide design decisions.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and contribute to ideation for new features.
- Ensure designs align with user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to validate designs through feedback and usability testing.
- Maintain design consistency using Figma and other design tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 310 years of experience in UX Design for B2B SaaS products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Expertise in wireframing, system design thinking, and user persona development.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Portfolio on Dribbble or Behance with curated work showcasing UX design projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of usability testing and analytics tools.
