Urgent Hiring - US Payroll - Trainer Profile - Hyderabad Location


Role & responsibilities


  • Facilitate communication, soft skills, language, and Culture programs across levels.
  • Customize content, activities and scenarios based on Business need, TNI/TNA or as per briefing.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly reports as agreed.
  • Email/Call/ Chat monitoring and feedback

Training Program Development:

  • Develop and update training materials and modules for language and communication training programs.
  • Create customized training plans to meet specific departmental and individual needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging communication tools to incorporate into training programs.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Implement interactive and dynamic training methods to ensure active participation and learning.
  • Provide constructive feedback to trainees and track their progress.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead a team of language and communication trainers, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

    • Must be conversant with MS outlook, power-point, excel and other communication applications/training software and tools Teams, Webex etc.
    • Leadership and team management experience.
    • Ability to adapt to changing needs and develop creative training solutions.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Abilities: Flexible to work in client business schedules
