Job Description

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of Management skills and Business laws related to HR. Your responsibilities include preparation of reports, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality. Works with Business Partners and to revise and update Company policies, procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides direction to employees at all levels of the company regarding Company policies and procedures.

  • Stay updated on federal, state, and case law changes and monitors labor law updates for changes that affect the organization.

  • Works with Business Partner and to revise and update Company policies, procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbooks.

  • Regularly assists the People Excellence with the preparation of reports and other special assignments.

  • Responds, at the direction of the Business Partner, to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, personnel issues, investigations, and performance improvement process.

  • Supports the company s performance management process. Works with HR Business Partners to ensure employees and managers are provided the necessary support to ensure success.

  • Assists with the coordination of Company functions as needed

  • Responsible for communicating company information

  • May represent the Company and various recruiting events, including job fairs and open houses.

  • Continually looking for ways to improve the program to meet the organizations needs

  • Contribute towards space planning, Employee orientation, training development

  • Employee welfare, safety, wellness health counseling

  • Teamwork Collaboration

Technical Requirements
  • Experience with MS Office and similar softwares

  • Analyse present information

  • Must be organised methodological to problem solving approach

  • Knowledge of Performance Management

  • Knowledge of compensation benefits system

  • Knowledge of labor legislation legalities in relation to HR employment rights

Education/Qualification : Bachelor s in Human Resource, Masters is a Plus
