Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Vault workflows, including data entry, labeling, and document management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through proper documentation and maintenance of TMF (Trial Master File) and QMS (Quality Management System).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to Veeva Vault access, permissions, and security.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Vault operations and training materials for users.
Provide technical support to end-users on Veeva Vault functionality.
