Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and peoplefocused HR Resource responsible for managing employee training & development, induction programs, CSR initiatives, and internal event management. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to enhance employee engagement, learning effectiveness, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Development
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, manager feedback, and organizational goals
- Plan and coordinate internal and external training programs (technical, behavioral, leadership)
- Manage training calendars, nominations, logistics, and posttraining evaluations
- Maintain training records, feedback reports, and compliance documentation
- Support Learning & Development initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
2. Induction & Onboarding
- Design and execute structured employee induction and onboarding programs
- Coordinate with functional teams to ensure seamless joining formalities
- Conduct orientation sessions covering company policies, culture, and values
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation and system access
3. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Activities
- Plan, organize, and execute CSR initiatives in alignment with company values
- Coordinate with NGOs, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Encourage employee participation in CSR programs and volunteering activities
- Maintain CSR documentation, impact reports, and compliance records
4. Event Management & Employee Engagement
- Organize and manage internal events such as town halls, annual days, festivals, teambuilding activities, and awareness programs
- Coordinate logistics including venue, vendors, communication, and budgeting
- Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture
- Assist in employer branding and internal HR communication initiatives
5. HR Operations Support (Optional / Value Add)
- Assist in HR documentation, MIS reports, and employee communications
- Support performance management cycles and HR compliance initiatives
- Coordinate with payroll and recruitment teams as required
Required Skills & Competencies

- Event management and stakeholder coordination expertise
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Must Have Qualifications:
Education: MBA/ PGDBMExperience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion or similar HRIS platforms.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM, including system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge on Statutory Compliances
