Job Description
Job Title: Trainee
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Service Tenure: 18 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components such as relays, connectors, wiring harnesses, circuit boards, and other railway electrical parts.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations from specifications.
- Perform basic functional tests and report non-conformities to the supervisor.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Record production data, material usage, and any issues encountered during assembly.
- Ensure proper labeling and traceability of components.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Comply with ISO standards and company quality management systems.
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly techniques.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work in a team environment.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 3,00,000 per year (4,50,000 for 18 months)
- Bonus: 22,500 for 18 months (included in CTC)
- PF Savings: 65,000 for 18 months
- Medical Insurance Coverage: 6,00,000 (Self & Family)
- ESI: Covered in addition to Insurance
- Contract Bond: No Bond
