Role & responsibilities

Job Description

Design and develop tooling and die systems per production
specifications.

Conduct feasibility studies and production trials to validate tool
designs.

Create detailed CAD drawings and specifications for tooling
components.

Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot tooling issues
and reduce downtime.

Perform regular inspections and maintenance of tools and dies.

Lead continuous improvement and training initiatives to enhance
tooling efficiency and reduce costs.

Essential:
1. Strong understanding of material properties and machining
processes.
2. Proficiency in CAD software for tooling design.
3. Experience with CNC machining and forging.
4. Familiarity with machining and assembly processes.
5. Understanding of quality control principles and inspection
techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable:
1. Exposure to CAM software and simulation tools.
2. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
