Job Description

Job Objective

  • Engage with customers & drive execution of projects, post sales to ensure deployment of

solutions FTR,

  • To ensure customer delight & enhance organization equity
  • To identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required.

Role & responsibilities

  • Monitoring & managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope.
  • Taking ownership of direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Responsible for entire project life cycle from PO to project delivery
  • Create & manage project plans, schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress using appropriate tools.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, manage risks/ issues to ensure that the project stays on track
  • Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques
  • Assess the potential Risks of the project and come up with mitigation plan.
  • Conduct customer review meetings to update the progress of the project to customer and clearing of any dependency from customer Document and implement lessons learnt from project
  • Conduct Kick-off meeting with Solution Consultant to discuss plan and delivery timelines along with scope clarification
  • Initiate the project and conduct Scope of Supply (SOS) meeting.
  • Assess current status and milestone progress, Risks & mitigation along with delayed tasks and root cause
  • Support cross functional team for activity prioritization.
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Establish and maintain relationship with all stakeholders/ third party vendors
  • Tracking and quick closure of the customer reported issues during FAT.
  • Ensuring minimum leakage of defects to client

Key Result Areas

  • Smooth execution of project and FAT - no escalation from customer
  • Number of projects completed as per timeline and quality
  • Controlling deviations and challenges in projects
  • Monitoring project cost - budget vs. actual
