We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong development background, specifically from Java/J2ee/.NET + Project Delivery in same skills.
Business Analyst, Product Manager Test/QA managers will not be suitable. No open positions in SCRUM MASTER.
EPAM is seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic delivery initiatives and manage high-impact engagements. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in managing large-scale delivery organizations and client relationships and Engineering.

The Managed Services leader at EPAM is responsible for shaping and running nextgeneration managed service offerings that blend DevOps, SRE, automation, AIOps, and cloud operations. The role drives delivery excellence across multiple strategic client accounts, ensuring high service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Running multitower, multigeo managed services programs
- Managing P&L, program budgets, and contract governance
- Building automation-led delivery models
- Improving SLA compliance, system reliability, MTTR, and operational efficiency

Monitor and improve service performance against SLAs, KPIs, alerting and monitoring frameworks
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning service design with business needs and transformation goals.
Oversee daytoday managed services operations across engineering, support, and service management teams.
Lead service delivery across multiple customer accounts with a focus on performance, availability, and incident reduction.
Design and implement modern managed services operating models integrating DevOps, SRE principles, observability, and intelligent automation.
Identify opportunities to scale and expand service offerings and automation across client portfolios.
