Job Description

Job Title: Last Mile Hub Incharge

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily last-mile delivery operations at the hub, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of parcels, efficient workflow, and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end last mile operations from the hub.
Supervise hub staff and delivery teams.
Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, productivity, and service levels.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, transport, customer service).
Resolve delivery issues and escalations quickly.
