Provide L2 support for SAP Authorizations, ensuring timely resolution of access, role, and security-related issues across SAP R/3, ECC, and S/4 environments
Administer and maintain SAP Security for various modules, including user administration, role creation/modification, and authorization troubleshooting
Manage and support SAP GRC Access Control components such as ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM for compliant provisioning and risk analysis
Support SAP HANA and SAP BW security, including catalog roles, analytic privileges, and BW authorization objects
Perform SAP Solution Manager user and role administration, maintaining appropriate access controls
Handle incident, change, and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to SLAs and documentation standards
Manage identity lifecycle processes using the SAP Identity Management (IDM) tool, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and workflow approvals
Use advanced MS Excel formulas for reporting, audit support, role matrix preparation, and security analytics
