Hiring for Female IT RECRUITER @ORCAPOD - REMOTE WORK
Immediate Joiner looking for Orcapod Team. Interview is going on.
We are seeking an Experienced IT RECRUITER and TEAM LEAD with a strong background in CONSULTANCY HIRING. The Ideal candidate should have depth knowledge in NICHE IT Skills, C2H and Permanent Hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle End to End Recruitment for both C2H and Permanent Position.
- Source Good Candidates for NICHE IT SKILLS for MNC Client.
- Good Experience in SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud Technologies, ERP, Full Stack, JAVA ,C++,Devops and many more.
- Ensures consistent Monthly Closures for C2H and Permanent Roles with high Quality Delivery.
- Excellent Communication and Good Sourcing Skills.
- Must have a laptop and stable WI-FI Connection
WORK TIMINGS:
- 9.30 to 6.30 Monday to Saturday
- 2nd and Saturday off
- REMOTE WORK Permanently
- Salary will be 12k to 24K as per Experience (1 year to 5 years)
Interview Process:
- L1 Round and L2 Round (Video Call)
- L3 Round (Salary Discussion plus all Benefits)
