  • Engage with various stakeholdersincluding injured workers, Nurse Case Managers, insurance adjusters, and vendorsto fulfill requests and ensure consistent support for injured workers.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments via telephone with clients (injured employees), employers, physicians, and attorneys as needed. Assess each client's situation with consideration for psychosocial needs, cultural factors, and available support systems.
  • Perform business and customer-related functions, including prescreening injured workers, collecting and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with regulatory adjusters to obtain necessary approvals.

2. Key Responsibilities list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis :

  • Answer claimant, provider, and insurance carriers telephone calls while pro-actively evaluating concerns, requests and problems
  • Establish identity of caller and take steps to provide or coordinate service
  • Effectively communicate policy information and perform all transactions necessary to satisfy requests using the multiple computer systems and productivity tools.
  • Meet or exceed all performance metrics for the position.
  • Place outbound calls and respond to emails as necessary Refer to the healthcare vendor notes, open the records to check the details and update the requested information in system
  • Check transaction for quality assurance

3. Job Requirements
Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills with fluency in English; experienced in engaging with injured workers, vendors, and insurance adjusters.
  • 02 years of experience in a Call Center/BPO environment, with exposure to customer service and operational support functions.
  • Proficient in basic MS Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Applies a methodical, process-oriented approach to analytical and technical problem-solving.
  • Exhibits exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Operates with urgency, focus, and discipline in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive team player who collaborates effectively and contributes positively to team dynamics.

Nice to Have Skills.

  • Experience in Healthcare Insurance/Workers Compensation, specifically handling DX, DME, HH, and T&T cases, is considered a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate or completed 2 years in college / any 2 year vocational course.
  • 100% Work Onsite.
  • Open to shifting schedule.
  • Must be willing to start immediately.
