Job Description
We are Hiring:
Role: Junior HR Recruiter (1-3 Yrs)
Location: Hyderabad
Mode: Work From Office
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across mid to senior levels
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and timelines
- Source high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases
- Conduct detailed HR screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
Drive interview coordination and ensure timely feedback and closures - Handle offer management including salary negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate engagement until joining
- Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating documentation, background checks (if applicable), and joining formalities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Track and maintain accurate recruitment data, ATS updates, and MIS reports
- Share regular hiring status updates and insights with management and stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, quality standards, and process guidelines
- Actively work on reducing TAT, improving offer-to-join ratio, and enhancing candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and requirement closure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple critical positions simultaneously
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, ATS, and job portals
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and closure skills
