Job Description
"We are looking for a candidate who holds experience in Node.js with AWS and can join immediately at our Bangalore office "
Role & responsibilities :
- 5+ years of experience in application development with Node.js and AWS
- Proficiency in core AWS services: ECS, Kinesis, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, VPC, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CLI
- 5+ years developing serverless microservices using AWS
- Prior experience developing with JAVA, Spring Framework and Spring Boot - Nice to have
- Understands multithreading and queues and experience with message queues
- Experience with NoSQL databases DynamoDB or MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues encountered in applications running on AWS infrastructure.
Role / Responsibilities / soft skills :
- Working experience in the dev/support projects following the Agile methodology
- Work experience with US based client in client facing abilities will be preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills and team leading abilities
- Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to products, services, or processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via various channels such as email or ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and QA to resolve complex technical issues.
- Documenting technical design documents, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for internal and external knowledge sharing.
Tools:
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline and Git repo
- Working experience on dev and support tools like Jira, Confluence, ServcieNow
