Job Description Customer Experience Agent (Voice)


Position Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Taking orders and processing payments
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Handling returns and exchanges
  • Escalating issues to appropriate departments

Key Skills Required:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problem

Education: Minimum: 10 + 2 years of formal education

Experience: 0 - 4 years

Salary: 3.2 LPA to 3.5 LPA

Shift: Night/ rotational
