Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking experienced L2/L3 Support Consultants to strengthen their IT Support and Operations team. The consultants will provide critical support to Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Users, ensuring seamless ERP operations and business continuity.

Role Summary
As an L2/L3 Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advanced support for Epicor iScala ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules. You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage incidents and changes, and ensure ERP systems run efficiently to support business operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ERP expertise, and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Epicor iScala ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and performance problems.
- Manage incident, problem, and change requests using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy), ensuring SLA compliance.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Configure and maintain ERP components such as Chart of Accounts, tax rules, user roles, security, and workflows.
- Support ERP customizations, reporting, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, WMS, banking).
- Coordinate ERP upgrades, patches, and deployment activities, including testing and validation.
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions align with business needs.
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices to enhance team knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 510+ years of ERP application support, with a focus on Epicor iScala (versions 2.x / 3.x preferred).
- Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes in global ERP environments (multi-entity, multi-currency).
- Solid SQL knowledge for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Experience supporting interfaces/integrations with CRM, WMS, and banking systems.
- Ability to support ERP upgrades, patches, and coordinate testing/deployment activities.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
