Datamatics is seeking a seasoned HR Operations professional with 56 years of experience and strong expertise in Darwinbox HRMS implementation, configuration, and operations. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, driving HR system efficiency, supporting process optimization, and ensuring statutory and labor law compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Darwinbox modules and act as a key liaison between HR, technology, and business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
HR Operations & Service Delivery
1. Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management (hire-to-retire).
2. Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes: onboarding, employee data management, confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation.
3. Drive standardization, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across HR operations.
4. Ensure high-quality HR service delivery in line with PwC standards and SLAs.
Darwinbox HRMS Implementation & Configuration
1. Act as the HRMS (Darwinbox) subject matter expert for the organization.
2. Lead or support Darwinbox implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
3. Perform hands-on system configuration across modules such as Core HR, Onboarding, Leave, Attendance, Performance, Payroll interfaces, and Employee Self-Service (ESS).
4. Translate HR business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
5. Manage UAT, data migration, validations, and issue resolution with vendors and internal teams.
6. Create SOPs, process documents, and user guides; support HR and employee training on Darwinbox.
Compliance & Labor Law
1. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, CL/SL/EL regulations).
2. Partner with payroll and legal teams to ensure statutory accuracy and audit readiness.
3. Support internal and external audits related to HR operations and compliance.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
1. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
2. Prepare HR dashboards, MIS, and analytics using Darwinbox and other tools.
3. Act as a point of escalation for complex HR operations and system-related issues.
Mandatory Requirements
1. 56 years of relevant experience in HR Operations with strong exposure to HR technology.
2. Hands-on working experience with Darwinbox, including configuration and implementation.
3. Strong understanding of HR operations processes and employee lifecycle management.
