Role & responsibilities

Exceed recruitment targets on new agency leaders and agent enrolments.
Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by developing successful leaders.
Enhance AFYP & number of cases by the unit.
Focus on potential EC, MDRT, CEO council agents through complete unit.
Focus on number if R&R winners.
Focus on enablement & development of the team.

Preferred candidate profile

1 year of APC specific experience
Experience in Life Insurance mandatory
Graduation is mandatory
