Roles & Responsibilities:

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications built on .NET and MS SQL Server technologies. The role involves overseeing application delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices, and managing teams for successful project execution within BFSI domain. The IT Manager will also ensure compliance with security standards and optimize application performance.

• Lead and manage development teams working on .NET and MS SQL Server applications.
• Timely delivery of projects . Oversee design and implementation of ASP.NET MVC/Core applications and REST APIs.
• Zero critical defects in production Ensure database design, optimization, and maintenance using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Database performance metrics Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams for requirement gathering and testing.
• Stakeholder satisfaction >80% Implement coding standards, security compliance, and best practices.
• Code quality score Manage change requests and application support activities.
• SLA adherence Coordinate with vendors and manage third-party integrations. Vendor SLA compliance

Technical Skills:

• ASP.NET MVC/Core

• Entity Framework, LINQ
