Job Summary
As a Principal Infra Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions. Your expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud platforms will drive efficiency and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and scalability ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that meet the companys strategic goals and objectives
- Oversee the development and deployment processes using CI/CD tools such as Github Actions Gitlab CI Jenkins and ArgoCD
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes across various platforms
- Optimize system performance and scalability by implementing best practices and cutting-edge technologies
- Drive efficiency and innovation by continuously evaluating and improving infrastructure solutions
- Ensure the security and reliability of infrastructure systems through rigorous testing and monitoring
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement automation strategies to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and expertise
- Contribute to the companys purpose by developing infrastructure solutions that have a positive impact on society. Qualifications
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools including Github Actions Gitlab CI Jenkins ArgoCD Jenkins X Azure DevOps AWS DevOps JenkinsCloudBees CircleCI TeamCity and Bamboo
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and their integration with infrastructure solutions
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and efficient infrastructure systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Certifications Required
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
