Senior Mechanical Engineer @ ANI Integrated

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design & Analysis:
• Develop and review detailed mechanical designs, calculations, and specifications for process equipment, piping, and plant infrastructure.
• Perform feasibility studies, simulations, thermal, structural, and fluid dynamics analysis.
• Ensure designs meet stringent chemical industry standards (HAZOP, safety, environmental).
• Project Management:
• Lead projects from concept, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning to completion.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and project documentation (CAD, reports, specs).
• Oversee the installation, testing, and startup of new equipment or modified systems.
• Operations & Maintenance Support:
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies (preventive/predictive) for rotating and static equipment.
• Optimize plant efficiency and reliability through system improvements.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Act as a technical interface with internal teams (Process, Operations, Safety) and external vendors/suppliers.
• Ensure quality control and compliance across all project deliverables.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, specifications, drawings, and design reviews.
• Maintain detailed logs and records for all mechanical systems and projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory experience in Chemical Industry, Clean Room Projects and Oil & Gas

Min 12 years experience as Mechanical and Senior Mechanical Engineer

Software Knowledge , Industrial Codes
