• Handle customer queries via phone calls, in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Meet performance targets set for call handling time, quality standards, and sales conversion rates.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  

Candidates Must have

• 6 months -2 years of experience in an international voice process (BPO/Call Centre).
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7) Five days a week.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
