Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

Understand job requirements from hiring managers

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers

Roll out offers and support onboarding

Meet monthly hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
-
2+ years of recruitment experience
-
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
