Client Follow-up Executive -

Location -Noida 58

Experience-Freshers to 2 yrs

Salary- 16k to 20k

Job Summary
We're looking for someone to handle client follow-ups & ensure great customer service in our Noida office. If you're into building relationships & love staying organised, apply!

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients on leads, queries, & feedback
- Ensure timely responses & resolve client issues
- Update client interactions in CRM & maintain records
- Collaborate with teams to meet client needs
- Support in improving client satisfaction & retention

Requirements
- Min 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication & follow-up skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools & basic data entry
- Proactive & empathetic approach with clients
