Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure requirements are available/known
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to agree priorities and align delivery plans accordingly.
- Develop Implementation Plans covering the necessary business and IT tasks to ensure a successful implementation.
- Ensure the correct project structure is established in Jira from deliverable to epic to story in partnership with the associated Application Development Teams
- Ensure dates are correctly updated/maintained, weekly status updates are completed
- Ensure sprint and epic dates of application development teams meet the deliverable dates agreed and stay on track
- Develop and action a path to green when a status is amber or red
- Develops plans and manages interdependencies between development teams.
- Publishes project status and executive reporting
- Identify issues and risks and facilitate the identification and implementation of appropriate solutions.
Experience/Skills
- Strong experience of working in an agile development environment
- Experienced in working across multiple functions to deliver results.
- Experience of working in technology in a 3rd party outsourced financial services company
- Understanding of Outsourced Middle Office or Custody & Fund Services would be beneficial.
- Extensive expertise of using Jira
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized with attention to detail in generating and maintaining detailed program documentation and notes.
- Strong time management skills, with an ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders whilst ensuring the team is held to account for individual and collective delivery.
Motivated self-starter who networks effectively and is tenacious in achieving results.
NOTE :- 6+ Yrs of experience Required , its mandatory.
