Function: B2B Sales (Mid-Market & Enterprise)
Type: Full-time
Own the end-to-end sales cycle from qualified lead to invoicing.
Drive engagement with HR leaders, CXOs & HRBPs through tailored demos and solutions.
Understand client needs and build customized proposals with cross-functional teams.
Track and manage sales performance with clear metrics and consistent follow-ups.
Handle RFPs, InfoSec, Due Diligence and other formalities till closure.
Youll work closely with our Inside Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to ensure seamless collaboration and winning proposals.
Who Were Looking For515 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, preferably in tech/health-tech/HR-tech.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Experience engaging with mid-size to large enterprise clients (100 100,000 employees).
Hands-on with tools like CRM, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about solving real-world problems.
