Experience: 4-16 years

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore

Skills Required: WAF, Akamai, F5, Cloudflare, Imperva

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Extensive experience in Network Security 5+ years
• l Hands-on experience with Web Application Firewalls AKAMAI Kona Site Defender and other WAF solution (AWS WAF, Cloudflare, Imperva, etc.,)
• l Implement and configure Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to protect web applications
• Troubleshooting issues faced by application during and after WAF onboarding
• Working knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols
• Working knowledge of CA (certificates)
• Process knowledge Incident response, Forensic analysis, Security policy deployment
• Develop and enforce security policies, rulesets, and configurations for WAF.
• Provide recommendations for improving web application security posture
• Strong understanding of web application vulnerabilities and attack vectors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or from AKAMAI on Kona Site Defender will be a plus
