Oversees all restaurant operations to ensure profitability, safety, and an exceptional guest experience. Directly manages FOH teams and partners with the Executive Chef to align BOH operations with financial and business goals.

Required Candidate profile

5+ yrs restaurant management; 2+ yrs GM in high-volume bar/kitchen. Expert in prime cost (labor+F&B), financial leadership, unified FOH/BOH teams. ServSafe & alcohol cert.
