Office is in Candor TechSpace, Noida
Work Schedule
5 working days a week
2 days off, but the off days will rotate (not fixed weekends)
Rotational shifts, which means you may work day, evening, or night shifts depending on the roster
Transportation
Both-side cab facility provided
Company will arrange pickup and drop from/to your home (usually within a serviceable radius)
Job Role
Handle customer calls (voice process)
Assist customers with client related queries such as:
Shipment tracking
Delivery status
Delays, complaints, or general support
Youll be speaking directly with customers, most likely international customers
Experience & Salary
Minimum 6 months of experience required:
26,000 in-hand salary
More experienced candidates can earn up to 35,500 in-hand
