Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented professionals for the role of Sales Officer / Area Manager (SO/AM) in our Direct Field Sales channel. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about on-ground sales execution, customer engagement, and achieving business targets through structured lead management. The company provides 100% pre-generated leads and 100% Travel Allowance (TA) to support efficient field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Work on 100% company-generated leads assigned on a daily basis; no cold calling or self-sourcing of leads is required.
Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
Execute the complete sales cycle including lead engagement, product demonstration, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per company guidelines.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of lead status, customer interactions, and sales data in the company CRM/system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, support, and management to ensure smooth fulfillment and post-sales service.
Represent the company professionally during all field interactions.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company norms).
Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, or channel sales is preferred; freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Ability to work independently in the field with a self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
