Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 0- 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and vendor management. The ideal candidate will support hiring needs across departments, manage recruitment vendors, and ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions across functions.
  • Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Vendor Management

  • Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors and staffing partners.
  • Share requirements, track profiles, and follow up for timely submissions.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, TAT, and closure ratio.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.
  • Maintain vendor MIS, invoices, and compliance documentation.

HR Operations Support

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company hiring policies.
  • Support onboarding formalities and employee records related to hiring.
  • Assist in employer branding and campus/volume hiring initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 03 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment and Vendor Management.
  • Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR trackers.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT / Tech / Corporate hiring.
  • Exposure to ATS or HRMS tools.
  • Understanding of hiring compliance and documentation.
