Senior Process Executive - Maps Data Operations
Role Overview
The Senior Process Executive (SPE) for Maps Data Operations is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of global geographic data. This role involves using tools to review map data, performing voice process tasks, and ensuring that client data is accurate, up-to-date, and useful for end-users. The SPE serves as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to junior team members when required and managing high-priority data tasks.
Please note: This is a 100% Work-From-Office position. There is no WFH option available with this project. We also work in rotational shifts, so shift timings may change based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Enhancement: Review and verify map features using policy, proprietary tools, and various data sources.
- Quality Assurance: Analyze and identify poor quality output from AI and the root cause if its due to hallucinations, misinterpretations, or other reasons
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in data errors and suggest workflow improvements to increase the efficiency of the mapping process. Create benchmark questions/prompt to be used in LLM testing and performance evaluation
- AI Optimization: Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, generate content, and analyze data for insights
- Self-Management: Work independently to manage own quality and productivity metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum of 1224 months of experience in data operations or a similar BPO environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using web-based mapping tools, satellite imagery, and basic office productivity software (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle discrepancies in policy and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication ability in English and Hindi.
Preferred Competencies
- Candidates with previous experience working in voice processes and mapping workflows will be preferred
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with managers and operations leads
- Any Prompt Engineering experience and basic understanding of Generative AI concepts
