Job Summary:
We are currently seeking meticulous Process Executives and Senior Process Executives to contribute to our Generative AI initiatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting rigorous Evaluations to verify the accuracy, completeness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated content pertaining to Business Points of Interest (POIs). This role is instrumental in maintaining the delivery of High-Quality Data Inputs for the project.
Job Description:
Conduct exhaustive research utilizing authorized resources and external digital platforms to validate business information, including hours of operation and geographical precision
Perform high-fidelity data annotation by adhering to rigorous protocols to ensure that automated system outputs maintain contextual relevance and factual integrity
Utilize advanced interpretative skills to analyze complex regulatory frameworks and promptly integrate procedural updates or technical nuances
Conduct thorough research to identify critical sources of information
Consistently achieve established daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks while ensuring uniform application of moderation policies
Meticulous with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns
Strictly adhere to compliance guidelines and industry best practices while managing highly sensitive data
Client-centric and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable outcomes
Required Qualifications :
12 years of professional experience in content moderation, data processing, or a related investigative field
Bachelors or Masters Degree in English (mandate) from a Tier 1 college
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in Google Maps processes (POI verification, business listings)
Core Competencies & Skills:
Exceptional ability to navigate websites to validate information; familiar with verifying digital data against physical location realities
Proficient to comprehend summaries, understand user intent, and interpret complex data guidelines
Ability to make sound decisions on ambiguous cases and categorize claims accurately
Ability to switch between different evaluation types and grasp process nuances quickly
Good to have Meta Skills:
Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for tasks and outcomes
Demonstrates attention to detail while maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all deliverables."
Work Environment and Conditions:
This is an in-office role requiring 5 days a week at our Hyderabad location reporting to the Team Lead
Flexibility to work in different shifts(24x5) as per business requirements
Must be comfortable handling explicit and extremely sensitive content if required
