Job Description
- HCLTech is Hiring for International Voice Process Noida Job Location: Noida 126 *Fresher Education Requirement*
- Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate. (Educational Qualification: B.Com / BA / BBA / M.Com / M.A (Pass-out years: 2hidden_mobile)
- Note: Candidates with B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, B.sc, M.sc, Pharma or Law backgrounds are not eligible.
- Regular Pursuing candidates or Experienced candidates will not be considered.
- Full-time permanent role (On roll).
- Both-side cab facility.
- Processing Order request received through email or on calls.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customer with their queries related to their orders.
- Respond to customer email queries related to their orders and accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a Graduate.
- Comfortable working in 24x7 US shifts.
- Only Freshers can apply.
- Cab facility available for both side for Female candidates.
- For Male candidates hiring zone is only 20KMs.
