Job Description
- Provide application support for Windows servers and multi-tier architecture environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Manage and resolve high-priority production incidents with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation following best practices.
- Creates and executes detailed technical checklists and processes to facilitate the implementation of Clinisys products and services.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Work in UK shifts to support global operations.
- Required Skills & Qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of Windows servers and multi-tier architecture.
- Ability to think logically, analyse data, and approach challenges from multiple angles.
- Experience handling high-priority production issues.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience with installing and configuring applications that run under IIS and windows services.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to handle assigned tasks independently.
- Comfortable working in hybrid mode and UK shifts.
- Preferred Skills.
- Knowledge of Lab Information Systems (LIS) and familiarity with instrument interfacing highly desirable.
- Understanding of healthcare standards (eg, HL7, HIPAA).
- Working knowledge of medical laboratory or Public Health workflows is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design principles.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Adaptability to modern tools and technologies.
- Preferred Experience & Education.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, engineering or related fields; or a related degree.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
