Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound voice calls for international clients
  
• Promote products and services while driving revenue and conversions
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  
• Identify new business and upselling opportunities
  
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and collaborate with internal teams
