We are looking for Bilingual Voice Process Executives with strong proficiency in French and English. The role involves handling voice interactions and delivering high-quality customer support/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound voice calls in French and English
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
• Maintain proper documentation and call records
• Meet productivity and quality targets
  

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Voice Process
• B2 level certification in French is mandatory
• Excellent verbal communication skills in French and English
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
