Oracle Fusion EPM - Application Support Specialist @ Infobeans

We are seeking an Oracle FusionCloud EPM (EPM) functional support to help implementing key initiatives onthe Oracle platform due to rapid growth in XXX legal entities and ledgers,including the formation of Bank Holding Company and Group Companies. Having a solid finance and accountingbusiness awareness, a key competency of the role will be the ability todevelop a thorough understanding of our financial business needs andtranslate them into application and operational requirements within theOracle Fusion Cloud EPM family. The individual will then call upon his/hertechnical and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM to deliverapplication design, module configuration/setup, user acceptance testing, andend-user training. Project Managementacross the full SDLC is a plus for this position. The scope of the role supports financialbusiness users in North America and EMEA locations.

Position Responsibilities/Duties

• Provide functional support forOracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules (mainly on Financial Consolidation and Close,Account Reconciliation, EDM, Reporting) for North America and EMEA
• Analyze, design, configure andtest enhancements to support business processes
• Participate in Oracle FusionCloud EPM projects involving configuration, implementation, testing and usertraining
• Liaise across IT domains todeliver Oracle EPM functionality including but not limited to infrastructureengineering, database, security and operations support
• Provide day to day support ofthe Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM environment including applying periodic patches,reporting requirements, ad-hoc requests from business and production systemsupport
• Continuously reviewsopportunities for improvement in how Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM platform isleveraged, and brings best practices to the forefront
• Must be able to producedetailed system requirements specifications, data flow diagrams, test plans,swim lane and process diagrams using standardized documentation methods Ensure that proposed solutionscomply with the companys technology direction
• Ensure compliance withcompanys change and security policies
• Work closely with Oracledevelopment team (internal and external) in the creation and validation ofuser interfaces and functional/non-functional requirements
• Provide general technicalsupport for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM system and user training Late night production supportand weekend implementation work will be requiredEnd user requirements management (20%)
• Designing, configuring, developing, testing, and improving Oracle Financialsplatform
• (30%)Project Management (5%)Production support for ERP issues
• (45%).

Experience/Knowledge Requirements

• Demonstrated hands ontechnical understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM concepts and general module functionality
• Good finance and accounting knowledge
• Ability to clearly describeend-to-end business processes and the key integration points, workcross-functionally across different business processes within anorganization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
• Strong analytical, written,and verbal communication skills
• Project Management skills using MS Project a plus.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Must have Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience with a number of Modules such as Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, EDM, Reporting and etc
• Excellent communication skillswith the ability to drive consensus and absorb and present complex ideas in asuccinct and accurate manner
• Have a team oriented approach Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud EPM experience is a must
• Experience in finance andaccounting industry a plus
• Should have strong Englishcommunication and writing skills
• Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team
• Excellent troubleshooting andproblem solving abilities
• Must be willing to work in anenergetic, fast paced and team-oriented development environment
• Ability to manage multiplepriorities effectively is a necessity
• Functional level support and leadership in identifying and implementing new Financial modules
• Minimum 3+ year TOAD/SQL experience is a must
• University Degree/Preferably in a field related to computerscience/software engineering or finance/accounting Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM certification a plus

Skills and Special Requirements (heavy lifting, excessive overtime, etc.)

Must be willing to work some weekends and late nights to support production, upgrades,changes, and user support via on-call rotation. Some travel approximately 5%.
