Key Responsibilities
- Develop reusable, modular, and scalable UI components using React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Build features end-to-end, including requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and production deployment.
- Implement efficient state management using Redux, Context API, Recoil, or other libraries.
- Ensure responsive design using CSS3/SCSS, Flexbox, Grid, and component libraries.
- Optimize application performance (lazy loading, memoization, code splitting, virtualized lists).
- Integrate APIs using REST or GraphQL and implement secure data handling.
- Write and maintain unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and support e2e test automation.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring clean, maintainable code that follows industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create pixel-perfect and accessible (WCAG-compliant) user experiences.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows, version control strategies, and deployment automation.
- Document components, utilities, and patterns for internal design systems.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Hooks, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of component lifecycle, rendering behavior, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience using Redux Toolkit, React Query, or equivalent state & data management tools.
- Hands-on experience with Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar build tools.
- Experience working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive layouts.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of web accessibility, performance, and front-end security best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG), Remix, or other React meta-frameworks.
- Knowledge of micro-frontends (Module Federation, single-spa).
- Familiarity with UI libraries like Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems/component libraries.
- Knowledge of analytics, monitoring, and observability tools (Sentry, New Relic, Datadog).
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working on large-scale, high-traffic web apps.
