Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Python / AI Developer with strong experience in Agentic AI systems to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will work on designing and developing intelligent AI agents, chatbots, and voice/video-based AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Python
Build and optimize Agentic AI systems (Autonomous Agents, Multi-Agent frameworks)
Develop AI-powered chatbots (text, voice, and video-based) for business use cases
Create interactive AI Voice and Video Chatbots for real-time user engagement
Work with VAPI or similar voice AI platforms for conversational automation
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models) into business workflows
Develop APIs, microservices, and backend systems for AI-driven products
Work on prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and tool integrations
Collaborate with product, data, and DevOps teams
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Python (8+ years)
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
Strong experience in chatbot development (text/voice/video)
Hands-on experience with VAPI or similar conversational AI / voice bot platforms
Good knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases
Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience in REST APIs, microservices architecture
Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Good to Have:
Experience in building AI-powered SaaS products
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
Exposure to data pipelines and ML workflows
Prior experience in automation or BPO-related AI solutions
Experience in real-time streaming, WebRTC, or conversational AI integrations
Experience in AI Recruitment Platforms is preferred
