Sr Front end developer-AI applications -Part Time @ Platinus Technologies

Job Description

We are inviting dynamic Frontend developers -Freelancers with strong experience in building intuitive UI/UX, dashboards, and configuration-driven platforms. The candidate will work on developing web consoles for AI-driven systems, including call automation and analytics platforms.

Key Skills (Must Have):

React.js (Hooks, Redux / Context API)

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

Frontend Architecture & Component Design

UI/UX Development (User-friendly & scalable interfaces)

REST API Integration

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization (Charts, Graphs)

State Management (Redux / Zustand / Context API)

Responsive Design & Cross-browser Compatibility

Core Responsibilities:

Experience in building web console to allow nontechnical users to configure call flows, routing rules, FAQs/knowledge base, and integration settings via UI. - Implement monitoring UI: Live call view, agent availability, caller queue, and basic manual intervention controls (take over call, disconnect). - Develop analytics dashboards: Show call volumes, missed calls, firstcall resolution, average handling time, intents distribution, and CSAT proxies - Support multitenant setup: Implement account/workspace separation, branding options, and pertenant configuration for whitelabel use.

Good to Have:

Experience with real-time data (WebSockets / Socket.io)

Familiarity with AI/Voice/Chatbot platforms UI

Experience in SaaS or multi-tenant applications

Knowledge of UI frameworks (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind)
