Role Snapshot

This is a 100% field-based role focused on market expansion and on-site client engagement. You will be on the ground, visiting industrial hubs and warehouses to identify opportunities and support the complete business development lifecycle. This role offers exceptional technical B2B exposure for fresh engineering graduates who enjoy being in the field.


Key Responsibilities (Field-Focused)

  • Field Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through daily field visits to industrial areas and cold calling.
  • Site Visits & Surveys: Arrange and attend on-site visits to understand client warehouse layouts and storage requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with factory managers and warehouse heads to promote specialised racking and automated solutions.
  • Quotation Support: Gather technical site data to assist the design team in preparing accurate quotations.
  • Proposal Follow-up: Conduct in-person follow-ups on submitted proposals to ensure closure and repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and new warehouse developments within your assigned territory.
  • Daily Reporting: Submit detailed daily reports of field activities and client meetings to management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial preferred) or MBA with a technical background.
  • Experience: 03 years. Freshers with a B.E/B.Tech degree who are proactive and mobile are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Mobility: Must be comfortable with daily travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and explain technical product specifications and load requirements.
  • Communication: Good English communication skills; proficiency in the local regional language is a significant advantage for field work.
