(Note: B.Tech and Post Graduates are not eligible)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process (US Healthcare) team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers, assisting them with healthcare-related queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls with US customers professionally and confidently
Provide accurate information related to healthcare services
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Maintain clear documentation of interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
Basic computer knowledge
