Profile: HSBC Arrow - Inbound Voice Process

Process: Inbound Customer service with Upselling

Qualification: Graduate
Location: Wagle Estate,Thane


Eligibility:

  • Graduate with minimum 6 months BPO experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with upselling in an inbound process

Shift Timings:

  • Between 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM (9-hour rotational shift)
  • 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs

Salary:

  • CTC: 32,000
  • In-hand: 26,000
